**PAYMENT
-** The sketch will be sent **after** full payment.
- Privacy or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra.
- Faster completion or deadlines will cost extra and will scale variably depending on the artist's backlog and schedule.
- **Refunds are not offered.**

**PROCESS**
- I can cancel a commission without providing a detailed explanation.
**-** The client can request a work in progress at any part of the process.
- Once the work is complete, small changes (color adjustments, small details, fixes) can be done free of charge.
- Large changes (clothing changes, poses, settings) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial works in progress are accurate.
- I only accept one full re-sketch at the beginning of the work if the client is not satisfied. Further re-sketches will be charged extra.
- Client will receive large and resized versions of the artwork after completion.
- I ask for consistent communication after payment is made. If there is no client response at any point after 14 days, I will cancel the commission.

**PERMISSIONS
-** Layered files and PSDs are included for copyright commissions only.
**-** Client cannot post the full-sized drawing publicly.
- The artist may post the finished artwork on any media and use it in any way to promote their work.
- The purchase is for digital artwork only, not any form of physical material.
- The artist and client may not share each other's personal and/or contact details with third parties.
- **Paying for the invoice means the client accepts all of these terms and conditions, and have understood my FAQ.**
